Best for one hotel going direct, or a travel agent who wants to organise contracted rates properly before selling online.
Link turns WhatsApp rates, PDFs, Excel sheets, emails, and offline hotel contracts into a private booking platform with your branding, your agents, your margins, your wallet, and your vouchers.
Most suppliers already have strong contracted rates. The problem is not the contract. The problem is finding, pricing, sharing, confirming, and collecting payment professionally when the enquiry comes.
Link does not replace offline contracting. It converts those negotiated rates into a searchable, controlled, branded booking system.
Suppliers can run Link as their own hotel booking website, on their own domain, for their B2B agents or direct clients.
Sell contracted rates to registered agents with category-wise margins and approvals.
Turn your hotel contracts into your own client-facing hotel booking website.
Show guaranteed rooms only when inventory is enough, and move the rest to on-request bookings.
Manage chain-wide hotels, offers, policies, rates, and distribution from one branded system.
For ₹1,999/year + GST, agents can get a professional company website with editable banners, about text, services, offers, gallery, testimonials, WhatsApp and enquiry flow. Extra custom development can be charged separately.
Every Link plan includes a branded booking website, admin backend, hotel/room/rate management, registration flow, booking requests, notifications, and voucher flow. Upgrade whenever your usage grows.

Best for small chains and active agents who want a real B2B/B2C booking website without starting too heavy.
Best for larger chains and serious travel agents who want full hotel selling power for B2B and B2C clients.
For larger businesses that need priority support, customisation, custom reports, voucher formats, API/payment/WhatsApp integrations, or special workflows.
If you choose not to let Link manage hosting, your hosting should support these basics and you should have your own 24x7 technical support.
Link is fully usable without these integrations. They are mostly not required for a standard launch, but can be added for clients who want premium features.

Yes. Link supports discount coupons, selected-buyer coupons, hotel-wise or chain-wise coupons, and offer logic such as complimentary-night packages.
The supplier-side outgoing API foundation is planned for this. Once TA World's receiving API is created, selected hotels and room rates can be pushed securely with authentication.
